Shipping Your Order

❖ Please allow 24 hours for orders to process.

❖ We ship orders via USPS. Shipping prices are determined by your chosen shipping method and the weight and dimensions of your package.

❖ Orders received after 1 PM, Monday – Friday will be processed the next business day.

❖ Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business or shipping days.

Webstore Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must:

❖ Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

❖ Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them.

❖ If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of the purchase date.

❖ Include all original tags, packaging and accessories.

❖ A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.

❖ Only items purchased online can be returned online. Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store and follow our in-store merchandise return policy.

❖ Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.

Refunds

❖ Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

❖ Approved refunds will be issued to the 

original credit/debit card.

❖ Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

❖ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

❖ Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

❖ We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
